An excellent backcountry canoe route in Ontario's southern fringes of the Canadian Shield. This route can be completed as a loop in 1-2 days and traverses lakes, small ponds, and a river. We even encountered a small forest fire and called in the MNR who arrived by helicopter to fight the fire. This route is also know as the Tour de Matchedash
